When choosing a fitted sheet, do not compare only the mattress width and length. Measure the mattress height, including any mattress topper that will remain under the sheet. Check the individual product listing for the fitted-sheet pocket depth before purchasing.

03 · Product SelectionFlat Sheets
Flat sheets are designed to sit between the sleeper and the blanket or duvet. The dimensions should provide enough surface area for comfortable tuck-in on the sides and foot of the mattress.
- Choose the sheet according to your mattress size.
- Allow extra fabric for deeper mattresses.
- For oversized mattresses, check the individual product measurements.
Fitted Sheets
Fitted sheets are designed to wrap around the mattress and stay in position. Mattress height is especially important when selecting a fitted sheet.
- Confirm mattress width and length.
- Measure the mattress depth.
- Include the height of a mattress topper if used.
Duvet Covers & Duvets
Duvet cover sizing is related to the size of your duvet or comforter rather than the mattress alone. For the best appearance, compare the actual dimensions of your existing insert with the dimensions shown on the product page.
- Measure your current duvet insert from edge to edge.
- Compare length and width rather than relying only on the label.
- Consider the desired amount of drape over the sides of the bed.
- Do not assume every brand uses identical duvet dimensions.
Duvet Cover Reference

Pillowcase Sizing

Queen Pillow
Slightly longer than a standard pillow and often used on Queen beds. A typical reference is around 20 × 30 inches.
King Pillow
A longer pillow commonly used on King beds. A typical reference is around 20 × 36 inches.
Pillow fill, loft, shape, and manufacturer specifications can affect the actual finished dimensions. If you already own the pillow, measure it rather than relying only on the size name.
How to Measure Your Bed
06 · Simple Measuring GuideMeasure from the left edge to the right edge while the mattress is lying flat.
Measure from the head of the mattress to the foot of the mattress.
Measure from the bottom edge to the highest point of the mattress.
If you use a topper under the fitted sheet, include its thickness when checking pocket depth.
For duvet covers, measure the actual insert instead of relying only on the King or Queen label.
